Movari Return & Refund Policy
We want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your Movari product, we’re here to help.
Return Period
You may return your item within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be in its original condition, with no signs of excessive wear or damage.

All original packaging, accessories, and manuals must be included.

Proof of purchase is required (order number or receipt).
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, any product showing signs of heavy use or damage will not be accepted.
Return Process

Contact our support team at titanfbaservices@gmail.com to initiate your return.

We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.

Ship the product back to us using a trackable shipping method. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange your product for a different size or item, please indicate this when requesting your RMA.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives defective or damaged, contact us immediately so we can arrange a replacement at no cost to you.
